2. USERS
Access to and/or use of the SheryVilla portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Terms of Use stated herein. These Conditions shall apply independently of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract that may be mandatory.
3. USE OF THE PORTAL
sheryvilla.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter referred to as “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to SheryVilla or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content.
In such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password, for which they will be responsible, committing to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or newsgroups) that the website may offer through its portal and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them for (i) engaging in illegal or illicit activities, or those contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminating content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, in support of terrorism or against human rights; (iii) causing damage to the physical and logical systems of the website, its suppliers, or third parties, introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are capable of causing the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempting to access and, if applicable, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. The website owner reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or children, public order or safety, or that, in their opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, SheryVilla shall not be held responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

SheryVilla complies with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 approving the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law, and other current applicable regulations, and ensures the correct use and handling of the user’s personal data. To this end, together with each form used to collect personal data, for services that the user may request from info@sheryvilla.com, the user will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions of the processing of their data in each case, informing them of the responsibility for the created file, the address of the data controller, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the processing, and any data communications to third parties if applicable.

SheryVilla, either by itself or as an assignee, is the holder of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software, texts, trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, and computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use), owned by SheryVilla or its licensors.

SheryVilla reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, on its own initiative or at the request of a third party, to users who do not comply with these General Conditions of Use.

SheryVilla will pursue the breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.

SheryVilla may modify the conditions determined here at any time, being duly published as they appear here.
The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their display and will be in effect until they are modified and replaced by others duly published.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between SheryVilla and the USER shall be governed by the current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante.
